Rebounders is a vibrant and growing charity that serves Cardiff and the South Wales area, as the charity has grown the need for a dedicated member of staff to manage the administration of the charity has become apparent. As our previous manager and head coach steps aside to take on new challenges we are seeking a new person to ensure the smooth running of Rebounders continues.
The administration of a charity, including finances and staff is a significant responsibility and Rebounders are looking for applicants with skills and experience in financial and legal administration of small companies or charities.
The job is a full time role (38 hrs per week) encompassing the administration and management of the charity alongside participating in trampoline sessions with clients – this requires an a qualification in trampoline, gymnastics or related discipline. More importantly you need to have a desire to build relationships with the staff, clients and experience running sessions on the trampoline.
